- Submit your order via our online portal - or let us streamline it with automated EDI integration.
- We collect directly from your supplier - at no cost to you.
- Our drivers barcode and scan items upon collection for real-time tracking.
- Deliveries are pre-booked via SMS and email, with customers receiving a 3-hour delivery window (2-3 days in advance).
- When goods are loaded for delivery, customers receive personalized tracking updates.
- A dispatch confirmation and invoice are sent automatically to you once shipped.
- Our driver places the item in the ground-floor room of choice.
- Every delivery includes a time-stamped signature and optional photos for peace of mind
Timed Two-Man Delivery
- Orders are placed online or via automated EDI
- Free supplier collection with item barcoding and scanning
- Recipients are notified via SMS and email of their 3-hour delivery window
- Personalized tracking updates when items are en route
- Automated dispatch notice and invoice sent to you upon shipment
- Customers receive a courtesy call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival
- Items are delivered to any room of choice in the home
